Masking with Deborah

Since I can't enter the challenges each month I thought I would take a sec to do the challenge and use it as a way to show masking step by step. I used Cloud 9 Christmas Is... number stickers as you will see in the pics as well as Fiskars Threading Water Border Punch, Don't Leave Me Hanging Squeeze Punch, and Apron Lace Border Punch.Try a new technique and new tools today! Lots of fun and very easy!!!

Step One-adhere stickers without pressing too firmly

Step Two-blot with ink

Step Three-Lift stickers

Step Four-Remove stickers

Step Five-Masking is complete and now decorating begins :)

Step Six-Tadah!

Step Seven-Attach

  1. Fantastic tips. I like to know that you don't have to buy the masking tools to do masking. :0) Thanks Deb
