Raisin Boat: Lollipop, Talking in Circles with Silvana

For this congrats card I chose the colors yellow and blue and I stamped in my yellow base cardstock with the Lollipop stamp in a darker shade of yellow. Then, I added a little glitter in the center of each swirl. For the congrats I made a scallop circle for my stamp.
