PEN AND PAPER: Heather

I really struggled with this challenge. Had lots of different ideas but none that I liked. I saw basically this same idea in the CK magazine but it was a digital layout. I knew when I seen it that I wanted to do basically the same thing . . . but in my own words . . . and by using paper and my own handwriting.

I think nothing quite says "old school scrapping" like cutting things out of a magazine. Well, that is what I did for my letters on this page. You literally have the background paper, the mat for the picture, the magazine letters and my doodling and handwriting. And yet, it still has a simple, current look to it!
