1. Cut a strip of paper approximately 12 in. by 2 in. One edge can be punched if desired.
2. Accordion fold going back and forth.
3. Adhere the ends together.
4. Push down in the middle forcing the outer edges down and out.
5. Glue and add button.
Love these rosettes Jean and I found too, that if you have a crimper, and you run your piece of paper through, you can "loosely" accordion fold very quickly and it gives the flower a shabby look.
