I found this quick and easy template on how to make a gift bag.  I'm so glad I have so much Christmas scrapbook paper!  See, hoarding papers can be a good thing!  :)
I used this template and these measurements:

I used a 10" x 12" sheet of paper to start.
Starting with the 12" side, score these following measurements:
1"
1.5"
4"
4"
1.5"

On the 10" side, score a line 1.5 inches along the whole length.
Cut small notches on the indicated spots to make folding a little bit easier.

Fold along all the scored lines, and adhere the 1" side to the last 1.5 inch side.  You should now have a rectangular shape. 
Fold in all 4 pieces of the bottom and adhere. 

Finally, punch small holes at the top of the bag and thread some ribbon ( I used twine).  Tie the knots on the inside of the bag so they don't show. 

I stuffed a small sheet of tissue paper inside and hid a gift card.

So quick and so easy!!
Another idea for a gift card!

For a 4" x 6" envelope, you will need a 8" x 12" sheet of paper.

Place your paper down with the 8" side horizontal.  Score at the 2" and 6" marks.
Do the same for the 12" side.

You can either score small arcs on all 4 sides or simply cut small notches or tabs.
Fold the sheet on all 4 scored sides.

Place the gift card or greeting card into the center.
Tuck each end under the next end.  To keep it all together, I adhered some pretty ribbon all around the whole envelope.  Then I added a few chipboard stickers and a gift tag.

This is one of my favorite ways to wrap up a gift card!

I used my Cutter Bee Cutting System for this one.
I started out by using this template and these measurements:

I chose some specialty paper for the holidays.  This really shiny paper is fabulous!
I cut each sheet into an 8" x 8" piece.
You only need one sheet for each box.

You will need to score the sheet at the 3.75" mark, the 7.5" mark.
Using the template, score and cut an arch at the ends of these sections as indicated.

Use the .5" end to adhere the ends together.  Fold in one side of the score arc and adhere. 
Fill the pillow with candy and gift card.  Then fold in the other side of the scored arc and adhere.

I then added some shiny ribbons to match the papers I used.  As a final touch, I added some chipboard stickers and a small gift tag.

I hope you like it!  This is my favorite!!

I love buying everyone gift cards for Christmas, but I really don't like just handing them out in boring envelopes. 

This year, I bought myself a treat...A Cutter Bee Cutting System and a Martha Stewart scoring board.
I wasn't sure how much use either one would get, but now that I tried them out, I'm hooked!

Here is an easy idea for a gift box using a scoring board.

This gift box measures 4" x 4" and is 3" deep.

Using this template, here are the measurements I used:

Start with  2 sheets of 10" x 10" papers.

On one sheet (the bottom), score lines at 4" on all four sides of the paper.
Cut small notches in the spots noted in the diagram, to make small tabs for easier folding.
Fold on all of the scored lines.  Adhere the small tabs to each other and adhere the sides to the tabs.

For the second sheet of paper (the top), score lines at the 3.75 marks on all 4 sides.  This will make the top just a tad larger to fit right over the bottom. 
Follow the same folding instructions for the bottom piece.

I filled each box with tissue paper hiding a gift card.  Then I added some pretty ribbons and a gift tag. 

This was actually really quick to do and my gift cards are much more fun to hand out.  :)

I filled each box with lots of fun Christmas candy.  Then I added some ribbons and some foam snowflake stickers to each box.  The ribbon was 50 cents at Michael's and the foam snowflakes were about $1 for 100. 

I made 55 of these boxes in about 2 hours.  Filled, decorated and ready to go to school for class parties. 
So fun and the kids LOVED them!

This was the easiest treat idea ever!  I simply cut some fun patterned papers into 6x6 squares.
I rolled them up into cone shapes and adhered them down the side.  I filled them with all kinds of fun candies.  Once filled, I folded down the last corner and adhered it with a fun snowflake sticker.
I made a bunch of these quick and easy treats for my kids classroom parties....55 of them!  So fun and so easy!

I have to admit, this was quite difficult until I got the hang of it.  :)

I used this to package up some cookies for the neighbors.

Using this template from the Cutter Bee Cutting System,  I used different shades of brown and tan...because I was baking chocolate chip cookies and they would match...lol.

Here are the measurements I used using the template:
You will need 3 sheets of 12" x 12" paper to make a canister that is 8" high and 3" wide.

The canister measures 3" in diameter.
Start with a 12" sheet of card stock.
This will be the CENTER piece of your canister.
You can cut the paper ANY height you wish.  The height of the box will not change the diameter.
I decided to make mine 8" high, for lots of cookies.

Using the other 2 sheets of paper, cut 2 circles that are 4" in diameter.  This will give you an edge to score and fold around the center piece.  Inside of each circle, score a line 1" inch from the edge.  Cut small tabs to make folding easier, as shown in the diagram.

Adhere the circles to the CENTER pieces using the tabs.  Add some ribbon around the sides to hide the tabs.

I added a bit more ribbon and some cookie cut outs.  Then I decorated a small gift tag.  Make sure you wrap the cookies before you put them inside.  :)
